SRINAGAR, May 13: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday decided to reduce his convoy size to half following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeal for cutting down fuel consumption and spending more wisely, officials said here.
