Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 4: While Jammu-the winter capital of the Union Territory recorded 58 fresh Corona cases during the last 24 hours, those at the helm of the affairs appear to be busy in just cheap publicity to misguide Union Government. As per an official handout issued by the Health Department on Tuesday evening, Jammu district recorded 58 fresh COVID cases which is the single-day highest during the last six months. The last time more than 50 fresh Coronavirus cases were recorded was on June 18, 2021, during the deadly second wave of the COVID-19. Jammu district witnessed death dance during May and June 2021 when the health sector was succumbed due to the pressure of patients. Among 226 fresh cases in Jammu province including 53 from reported from Jammu district, 46 Doda, 36 Ramban, 24 Rajouri, 20 Kishtwar, 16 Poonch, 12 Kathua, 11 Udhampur, six Reasi and two in Samba district. Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 4: The Jammu and Kashmir Economic Reconstruction Agency (JKERA) has not submitted the utilization certificates of more than Rs 335.70 crore to the Government of India even when more than five years have passed since the funds were made available for different developmental projects. As per the documents in possession of Early Times, as per condition laid down in the fund release order of the GoI, the government of Jammu and Kashmir had to submit Utilisation Certificates (UCs) to NITI Aayog, GoI.
