Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 10: Even after three years since over 90 Crore job card scandal rocked Kishtwar District during the review meeting taken by the then Additional District Developmental Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar on 07-07-2012, no action has been taken against the guilty officers. As per the sources, as a mere eyewash the department rejected negligible number of job cards during review as directed by the then ADDC Kishtwar while majority of these fake job card holders continue to receive money even today. The onus is now on new RDD minister to take the final call and punish the guilty officials who robbed the state exchequer with impunity.
