Jammu, July 8: Call it a clandestine approach or a deliberate attempt to elbow the prospective candidates out of contention, the State Civil Secretariat has shown up a dubious character to seize their right to job.
The allegation augurs well with an advertisement loaded on the General Administrative Department inviting candidates for the post of class IV employees where it candidly read that the aspirants can fill the form in blue or black ink, later to make a secret shift from its earlier stand thrusting upon them to go with a HB pencil, quite apparently showing their concern for the adjustment of the blue-eyed in the department.
Sources privy to the department reveal that ...

jammu, July 8: With the re-induction of suspended Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) MLA Jagdish Raj Sapolia into the party fold, the BJP has again established its strange demeanor in dealing with ‘indiscipline’ and ‘deceit.
The queer ways of the BJP could be gauged from the fact that while it wasted no time in suspending seven party MLAs from the primary membership of the party for six years without having bothered to cross check the facts and getting any valid proof or evidence against them, even more bizarre was the revocation of suspension of five legislators including MLA Domana Bharat Bhushan, MLA RS Pura Prof Gharu Ram, MLA Reasi Baldev Sharma, MLA Hiranagar Durga Dass and...

But raising the passenger fare by over 14 per cent and freight by over six per cent may add to the difficulties of people. But the BJP led NDA Government has claimed that the decision to increase fare and freight had been taken by the Congress led UPA Government in February.
And like an innocent baby the BJP leaders say that the NDA Government has simply implemented the decision that had been taken by the previous Government. Is this argument tenble? Certainly not because the new Government invariably is seen quick ...
