Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 12: The foundation stone laying ceremony of Jambu Zoo (Shivalik Biological Park) at Khanpur in Nagrota on Saturday, saw presence of former Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Basohli, Kanta Andotra, which have raised the eyebrows in every quarter but not of the officials of Forest department as none of them dared to raise finger over her presence and her addressing the gathering.
