DPS Jammu wins medals in TT tournament

Jammu, Oct 16: Students of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning glittering trophies and gold, silver and bronze medals in U-14 & 17 (Boys & girls category) in 11th Sports Inter-School Table Tennis State championship organized by Table Tennis Federation of India held at M.A Stadium. In the final match, DPS Jammu beat Presentation Convent School by 3-0 and won the match. The students who won medals and trophies are:-
Gold medals in U-14 girls category Iknoor Kour (VII-K), Divyanshi Sharma (VII-B), Sanigdha Gupta (VI-i), Ragni Gupta (V-A)
Silver medals in U-17 girls category Vrinda Gupta (VIII-A), Mani Sharma (VIII-J), Sehaj Dubey (X-B), Ishita Anand (VIII-A) bronze medals in U-14 boys category, Rakshan Arora (VII-E), Vivek Chada (VII-H), Rohan Sharma (VI-H), Harmanjot Singh (VII-B), while Iknoor Kour, Ragni Gupta and Vrinda Gupta also bagged 1st Position & 3rd positions, respectively in individual categories in the said tournament. Principal, DPS Jammu Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners and their coach, Meenu Ragesh for the achievement.
