Religious organizations vouch to stand by SC verdict
Anniversary of Babri Masjid demolition

RAJOURI, Dec 6: Prominent religious / social organisations have expressed faith in the judiciary and have said that they will accept the verdict of Supreme Court in the case pertaining to demolition of Babri Masjid .
On the occasion of 26th anniversary of Babri Masjid demolition large number of police as well as personnel from Central para military forces was deployed.
Maulana Mohammed Farooq, president Ulema Ahle Sunnat termed the 6th December as black day in the history of democratic country and demanded that Masjid should be rebuilt at the same site.
"The government must make stringent arrangements at the Babri Masjid site to protect it till the court's decision. The Apex Court decision would be in Masjid's favor keeping in view the sentiment of the Muslims of the country" said Maulvi Farooq.
Maulana Murawat Hussain, chairman, Tehreek Ulema Ahle Sunnat said people of the community will be with Apex Court's decision and shall not go against it.
He expressed his concern over an attempt to construct Ram Temple at the place by bringing ordinance in the Parliament.
"Whatever the outcome of the Supreme Court shall be, it would be acceptable to all. After any decision of the Court, we have to maintain harmony at any cost" said Asif Bhat, President Tehreek Ghulamanae Mustafa.
Others present on the occasion includes Iftikar Dar, Shafqat Mir & Ishtiaq Bhat. The situation remained peaceful in the entire district.
