Hudh Mata annual Chhari Yatra from July 3

JAMMU, June 18: The annual Shri Hudh Mata Trisandhaya Yatra would begin on July 14 from Dharalan Nagri, Kathua.
This was stated by RN Thakur, President of the Managing Committee while addressing a press conference here on Thursday.
"This Yatra was started in the year 1983 by late Mahatma Dinanath Ji Tirathwasi, a local devotee of Mata from Dachhan," he added.
Thakur said that the Yatra shall commence from Panch Narayan Mandir, Dharalan Nagri, Kathua on July 3, at 1:00 PM which shall reach Ranvireshwar Temple, Shalamar Road, Jammu at 3:00 PM.
From there, a religious procession (Shobha Yatra) with the blessings and active cooperation of Sadhu Samaj shall be taken out which shall pass through various Bazaars of old city viz. Indira Chowk, Hari Market, Raghunath Bazaar, City Chowk, Purani Mandi, Raj Tilak Road and finally culminate at Geeta Bhawan, Parade Ground, Jammu.
He further informed that Committee has made available free Langar facilities to the Yatris from Jammu to Bhawan and on return upto Dachhan and free lodging facilities from Radha Krishan Mandir Sounder to Bhawan and on return upto Dachhan.
Shri Hudhmata Trisandhaya Yatra Managing Committee, Dachhan requested the administration to provide security, medical facility, water, electricity facility to the Yatra and to repair the road from Dangdhoru to Bhawan so that the Yatris may not face any inconvenience during the Yatra.
