Kathua, Mar 30: Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) Kathua, has launched the field activities of Punarjagaran Abhiyan -Mass Awakening Programme for Youth participation in Social, Economic and National Development.
Dr. Mustaq Ahmed, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua Flag Off the Chariot ( Rath ) along with 20 Youth Volunteers to undertake the awareness activities in villages. He wished best of luck for success of Punarjagran Abhiyan and expressed hope that public in remote area would be benefitted by the Programmes.
Today on 30.3.15, Punarjagran Programme was organized at Govt. Primary School, Khanarya and public was aware and educated By Som Datt Zard. DYC and NYC Volunteers about the National Flagship Programme viz. Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission, Beti Bachaao - Beti Padhaoo, Practice & Promote Good Governance, Skill Development, Motivation for and facilitate construction of Toilets under Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan, organizing Sharam Dhan etc.Crusade against Atrocities on Women, Female Feticide, Dowry, Drugs Abuse, Alcoholism, etc. |
