Youth Congress hails dissolving of DCC 6/22/2015 10:43:27 PM Early Times Report kishtwar , June 22 : Congress leader and former Youth Secretary J&K Congress Shamsher Singh Bhandari hailed the decision of announcement of dissolving district body Kishtwar by JKPCC President Ghulam Ahmed Mir. He urged upon president to use his good office to select dedicated, honest leader with mass following as new district president Congress Kishtwar so that the party could restore its lost glory. Shamsher Bhandari said that any mistake on part of party leadership in electing non performer party leader as District President Kishtwar would further dent the party as well as demoralized the hardcore party workers associated with party.
