GDC Bishnah organizes cleanliness drive under Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan 7/24/2015 11:07:36 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, July 24: NSS Unit of Government Degree College Bishnah organized "Cleanliness of the college campus under the banner of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan". The programme was conducted under the convenership of Dr Rupinder Kour and guidance of Dr Savtanter Kour Programme Officer NSS. Former MLA Ashwani Kumar Sharma, who was chief guest on the occasion, started the programme by lighting the traditional lamp.
