Communal harmony State's formost character: Jasrotia 7/24/2015 11:11:56 PM Early Times Report kathua, July 24: For thousands of years India, a land of unity in diversity has maintained a distinctive position among the nations of the world. People from diverse communities have lived together in India although the majority community consists of followers of one particular religious-belief for secularism and communal harmony have always played a vital and significant role. This was the observation of BJP State General Secretary and MLA Kathua, Rajiv Jasrotia while expressing disappointment over the tension in Rajouri. He appealed the people of both communities to maintain communal harmony which is the basic character of State, a prime necessity for the life of the nation.Adding further he said that our state, a multi-religious, multilingual and multi-racial has always 'enjoyed the essential unity of culture amidst diversities that kept her people united.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
