JKPCC secretary visits Bishnah constituency

Jammu, July 24: Jammu Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) secretary, Shashi Sharma along with members of Block Congress Commitee Bishnah today visited Bishnah constituency and addresed series of public meetings at village kanhal Upper, Bhatyari, Dabbar,Deoli, Lalyana, Pasgal,Chak Majra and also listened to the problems being faced by resident of these villages.
According to press release, the people apprised the Congress leader that nearly 30 transformers are totally damaged in the constituency since fortnight, the conditions of roads from Bishnah to Makhanpur and Bishnah to Rehal via Khari was worst ever seen in past 25 years, no new development work is undertaken after assembly elections and the elected representative was quite invisible among masses.
After listening to the people, Sharma urged the authorities to immediately repair and install the Transformers where so ever required and also start the repair and upgradation of damaged roads.
He also assured the locals that he would be taking up their other genuine demands with party leadership for early redressal.
