CM, DyCM grieved over demise of ex-CJ | | | Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Sept 21: Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, Monday expressed grief over the demise of Mian Mufti Jalal-ud-Din, former Chief Justice of J&K, who passed away today. In his condolence message, the Chief Minister described late Mufti Jalal-ud-din as an authority over matters of jurisprudence. He said in his death the state has lost a great statesman who contributed immensely in the field of judiciary and rose to occupy the chair of Chief Justice of J&K State. Mufti Sayeed conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul. Meanhile Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh, has expressed grief over the demise of Mian Mufti Jalal-ud-Din, former Chief Justice of J&K.In his condolence message, the Deputy Chief Minister said in his death the state has lost a great legal luminary who contributed immensely in the field of judiciary. |
