Moderate rain sends Poonch Municipality into tizzy 8/13/2016 10:35:10 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Aug 13: Over the years, Poonch municipality organized many programs under Swachh Bharat Mission but just one moderate rain the other day, was sufficient to expose the tall claims of Poonch municipality as garbage from lanes and drains came on roads and people faced huge inconvenience. Many people said that municipality officials were doing drama only for photo session and they need to clean the areas which are full of garbage's. Pertinent to mention here that there are large number of nallahs in Poonch city and municipal officials never bother to clean those which are actually the source of garbage. The other day, when Poonch witnessed heavy rainfall, people faced huge inconvenience at Bus stand area, at Mohalla Sarian, at near Kalika Devi temple. Likewise many areas of Poonch city witnessed garbage from nallahs on roads.
