MLA's kin promoted from coolie to computer operator in BOSE

Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 20: A close relative of a lawmaker has been promoted, in just 28 days, from coolie to computer operator with the help of fake orders. The height of nepotism at the Board of School Education (BOSE) is that two fake orders with same number were issued on different dates.
The drama does not end here. While issuing the appointment orders, the officials concerned at BOSE were uncertain about the gender of the appointee.
According to documents, the MLA's kin was engaged as casual labour as per order (No.F (Admn-B) CU/12 dated 2-7-2012.)
"Keeping in view the eligibility, the candidate was engaged as casual/contingent labourer at Rs 125 per day (approved government rate) for a period of 60 on need basis, with effect from the date she reports for duties," reads the document. It adds: However, "his" temporary engagement shall be terminated without any notice and shall not confer any right or title upon "him" to complain for any continuance, thereafter if the services shall not be req
Temporary order
Keeping in view the eligibility, the candidate was engaged as casual/contingent labourer at Rs 125 per day (approved government rate) for a period of 60 days on need basis, with effect from the date she reports for duties. However, "his" temporary engagement shall be terminated without any notice.
red at sub office Poonch, "he" is directed to report to Assistant Secretary sub office Poonch for duties.
Meanwhile, after 28 days, a corrigendum with same order No.F (Admn-B) CU/12 dated 30-7-2012 was issued from the office of Assistant Secretary (Admin Central), wherein it was stated that "please read desk job/computer operator instead of coolie as reflect in the engagement letter of the appointee, hailing from Mendhar."
Expressing shock and surprise over adjustment of the blue eyed candidate, sources said that such an approach of the BOSE shows their attempts to cover up nepotism and corruption.
"First of all, if the appointee was engaged as casual labourer, it would have been as per her educational qualification, but if she was well qualified why was she given a coolie's job," asked sources, adding that even if she is not qualified, how was she offered technical post?
Moreover, it took 28 days for the BOSE officials to rectify their mistake. Sources said the orders issued by the BOSE are itself bogus and fake.
