International Human Right Organization demands strict action against NC MLA

Jammu, Feb 14: International Human Right Organization (IHRO) today demanded strict action against the Members of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Sonawari-Akbar Lone for raising slogans in favour of Pakistan in the Legislative Assembly at Jammu. Addressing media persons during a press conference at Gandhi Nagar Office, Pardeepak Singh Chib, State Dy. Director (IHRO) said on that February 2nd of 2018, MLA has shouted antinational slogans in the J&K Assembly hall at Jammu as like "Pakistan Zindabad" which is clearly against the constitution of India.
Chib said that the government is silent in the matter of anti national sloganeering by MLA Mohd Akbar lone which is very shamefull act in the Jammu Legislative assembly.
Chib also said that the MLA has been elected from the Sonawari Constituency and he had taken oath after his election as MLA. Due to this unlawfull and illegal activity for such elected person. Since the said MLA has committed the offence intentionally and deliberately and also to cause loss and damage the integrity/sovereignty of the country. Chib also demanded and appeal to the Prime Minister, President of India, Speaker of J&K Legislative Assembly to take strict action under law against him including to cancel his membership from his party and Assembly. Meanwhile, Shakti Uppal said that the government of BJP & PDP is working for the Pakistani agencies and Hurriyat conference. He gave warning to the state government to stop these anti-national policies in the Assembly otherwise (IHRO) block the road and start an agitation against the government. Uppal also demanded to deport MLA Mohd Akbar lone to Pakistan immediately. He further said that NC, PDP, Congress and BJP also silent in this matter. Incase no appropriate action is taken against him the other activists will encourage and will cause loss and damage to the sovereignty the country. On the occasion (IHRO) Jammu team paid rich tributes to the martyrs of sunjwan attack carried out by militants and also condemn the statement by Akbar Lone.
