| Ban on private practice of HoDs: Partap | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 5: After failing to ban on the private practice of HoDs of various departments of GMC and Associated hospitals Jammu and Srinagar, Young Panthers State Vice President, Partap Singh Jamwal said state govt. has totally failed to ban private practice of HoDs.
He said that the H&ME Department constituted a committee to implement the govt. order No. 43-HME of 2013 dated 17-01-2013 and circular No. 02-HME of 2016 dated 13-06-2016 regarding the ban on private practice of HoDs. Partap alleged that the said govt. order were not implemented with letter and spirit, fearing no action from law and enforcing agencies these HoDs keep on practicing on their privates clinics in twin capital of the state.
He alleged that the state govt. had issued many written order asking HoDs of GMC and Associated Hospital to stop private practice. Jamwal alleged that no action was taken against the HoDs who are violating the govt. order.
He also alleged that the HoDs devote very less time at the hospitals and are always keen to visit their clinics.
Hence, YP appeals to Governor to take immediate stern action against these HOD's who in lesion with respective principals violated the govt. order. |
