Need To Ban Anti National Organizations
J&K State for Peace
AN Bharadwaj3/6/2018 10:20:30 PM
It is well known, that the liberal and lenient policy of the Indian Government does not suit to rule the nation. In the absence of its that policy spills only worries, tension and disability, which stagnate, developments and other allied progress. In that situation the government has priority to look for other alternative. It is well known that antinational elements belonging to Indian citizens are the main actors, who are working in the valley at the behest of Pakistan for its political cause as spies. In that situation, the Indian government is under legal obligation to protect the people by providing peace and harmony and the integrity of the nation. Although, it is doing a lot by following so many strategies to overcome the Pak supported terrorism generated from the masques of the valley through valley based Pak-stipendiary lobby to put more into communal-fire. No doubt, National Investigation Agency is doing an unexpected job effectively, which unimaginable startling stunning information appeared not only to India, but all over the world. That Agency removed mask from their faces and stripped in the real position that they belonged to Indian citizens who indulged in Pak cause as its spies who got financial aid in crores and crores from it to create subversive activities violence and bloodshed and provoke the people in the name of jihad to shatter India. Thus the stigma of Pak-spies being an Indian citizen has been engraved by the Agency on their forehead.
In the meanwhile some Ministers belonging to State ruling PDP Party approached to the Home Minister, Government f India, at the behest of the Chief Minister of the J&K Sate with the request to ask the offices concerned of the Agency to treat leniently during interrogation with Geelani sons and his son in law as appeared in the local Early times, dated 17th September 2017. It seems that PDP State Government has relations with the anti national elements which are anxious to help the enemy of the nation. The question arises that on which ground the recommendation was initiated for soft interrogation, while they had no right to interfere in the defence interrogative activities of the Central Government, Nation wants clarification.
Unfortunately with the result of that recommendation the Agency started slow down its further interrogation of fifth columnists resulting in stagnation in further decreasing of violence and encouraged further terror unbridle movement. The deficient in speed of interrogation to consume times would not yield positive results till the terror generating key figures are not interrogated for further action.
So called Demand of Azadi
The valley based Pak stipendiary lobby members issued confusing statements and avoid to talk on the table for mutual discussion. However they raised the slogan for azadi (Freedom) for what kind of Azadi, there they remained mum but evaded for justifying their demand neither legally, constitutionally, nor historically, traditionally and customary. India is not a homogeneous country. There different communities belonging to different religion live mutually live neighbor like kith and kin relation and in the valley the anti-national elements well enjoy their religious faith and traditions as desired by them in unbridle manner, under composite culture i.e every citizen of the country enjoy according to his aspiration. Indian Constitution does not allow of any community at any cost for Islamic Whabisation or Hinduism and to establish Hindu rule or calipha government for Nizam-e-Mustafa in view of living in composite system of the country. The citizens of either Hindu majority state or Muslim majority state in accordance with the secular democratic system vide Constitution of India would have to regard. The whimsical demand of alienation from the nation would not be conceded to of any community under the Indian constitutional system.
The Pak spies who are Indian citizens working in the valley for Pak cause has no locus stand. J&K State especially Kashmir which merged with India vide Instrument of Accession stipulated in Indian Independence act of 1947. They have no legal right either to demand plebiscite or right to self determination. They should peep into their master`s house-Pakistan before advocating such type of an absurd demand where the people of occupied territory of the State, Pakhtoon, Sindhis as well as MQM raised the banner of revolt against their Government in tooth and nail for alienation from Pakistan. The people of Gilgit Agency created a stir at its 55th Session of the UN human Rights Commission at Geneva accused it of harping on self determination for Kashmir as a ploy to instigate the people of the State while treating territory under its occupation was worse hit and deprived of than a slave colony.
In the present political scenario would the US allow Harlem to break the link and to go for independence and grant it right for self determination to 20-million Red Indians or would England allow the people of Ireland for alienation. No never, similarly would Russia and Iraq allow Chechnya and Kurd to go away from their motherland; accordingly it is not possible for India to consider their demand for alienation. There would be serious consequences to agitate the people of the State to secede from the country under the guise of jihad for islamisation and support its valley base lobby`s violent proxy war initiated by Pakistan for creating subversive activities killings, bloodshed, lawlessness, to achieve its goal. The big fishes are moving unbridle in the valley to continue their terror activities for permanent unrest and lawlessness to paralyses the state Government. Their terror activities should be restricted to restore peace.
It seems that national investigative agency has slumbered away to act for its interrogative process resulting in deterioration in the aim to eliminate the terrorism in the State, in that case the situation would go to worse. Besides that, State Government should take the control of all the mosques of the valley along with moulvies, which are the source for terrorism. The inflammatory speeches against India and its forces are delivered on the pulpit of mosques to incite the people in the name of religion and create violence and unrest and lawlessness. Hence the mosques should be kept from the anti-national activities.
