| HISI celebrates Baisakhi, Shab-I-Meraj | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 14: Healthy India Stronger India (HISI) celebrated Baisakhi and Shab-I-Meraj with great zeal and enthusiasm in its Skill Development Center at Jammu City. HISI is an NGO that provides free training in tailoring, free training in beautician course, free computer course and free library to needy students from all walks of life irrespective of any religion (Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian.) Hira Lal Abrol, Chairman, HISI along with staff members distributed sweets among the students on the occasion. Certificates were also distributed to the students on the completion of various skill development courses. Students are trained in this center free of cost and provided with the course completion certificates so that they can stand on their own and earn livelihood for their families. Hira Lal Abrol shared that how these skill development courses will help in the upliftment of economically weaker section of the society. He also paid homage to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on his 127th Birth Anniversary. He shared the vision of Father of Indian Constitution with the students. He blessed all the students and prayed for their bright future. |
