| It is very sad that the Hurriyat headed Mirwaiz organized a revolt and developed into insurgency in the State of J&K that it was a Political issue and to be solved Politically. The packages and developments for constructions and communications would not console them till their political demand was not conceded to for their honorable future. His that night dream cannot be translated into action without any solid legal and historical grounds but by using the strategy and technique of uproarious subversion bloody violence, unrest anarchy and interference in the State administration at the behest of Pakistan to paralyze the State administration to encroach upon the State with the mighty of its brutal force, and spilling the stream of human blood like stream water is not even then possible at all. He has no status to later the recognized sovereignty of India.
It is a legal responsibility of Union government to protect the sovereignty of India. The sovereignty of Jammu and Kashmir State has passed to India. Therefore, India has not legal rights to review the instrument of accession under which the ruler of the State had exceeded to India, which is unchallengeable and non-negotiable according to the Indian Independence Act of 1947 passed by the British Senate to divide its British India.
Pakistan took aggression and grabbed 1/3rd part of Jammu and Kashmir and again it invaded of the State three times, but every time it defeated to the level of its liquidation. So much so, the U N Security Council dismissed the Kashmir case against it even no argument of contiguous State territory with Pakistan argued by Pak-advocate Sir Teroze Khan Noor that it automatic merger with Pak was established but that argument was fall flat and castigated to it with remarks that Indian National Congress had never accepted the two Nation Theory of Jinnah. Therefore that argument could not have been taken in view of in the light of secularism of the Indian National Congress to rule the Nation.
Finally, the case was dismissed against Pakistan with stigma that Pakistan was an aggressor country and admitted in the same breath that the J&K State sovereignty over India was admitted by it, besides world power of the countries recognized the accession of the State with India. The world should know that before its appearing in the world map the Kashmir has been a part of India since times immemorial and in future also would remain under the sovereignty of India. That new born misleads and provokes the sentiment of the State people belonging to majority under two nation theory of their leader Jinnah for the revolt in the State but he should know the religion is a faith and way for life that should not be allowed to come in the way to destroy the mutual social relations. He should exert his efforts to bind mutual trust for happy future. Therefore, he should not vitiate the atmosphere to use religion for his political interest to achieve his goal.
In this regard a reference of Turkish Government is produced for the information of State and National Governments, that Kamal Atfa Turk of Turki observed the political instability in the country that one after other in every short interval in stabilization of Turkish Government had happened. Thus he realized that due to the willful interference of the religious leaders Mullahs, Mullanas, Maulvis had a main cause to create obstacles for smooth running of the Government. Thus he ousted Mullahs, Mulanas and Maulvis from the administration that unauthorizedly pocked their nose on every issue to create nonsense resulting in stagnation to provide neat and clean Government for the people.
Keeping in view of that reference the State and National Governments should view it and the Mullahs Mulanas Maulvis who converted their mosques according to their willful desire to deliver fiery and flamy speeches on the pulpit of the mosques to promote Pak-supported terrorism for violence unrest and chaos to paralyze the administration of the State to grab it.
It is therefore utmost necessary in the emergent situation to take immediate stern action against the anti national elements who are working in the valley at the behest of Pakistan for its cause. They have also been naked by National Investigation Agency who indulged in subversive activities `killings` shutdown and school building set ablaze to prevail all round disability with the flow of huge aid supplied by their mentors.
Therefore, in the light of disturbing situation, the State Government should alert itself to control all the mosques of its State and appoint new Maulvis for preaching of Islamic religion to restore peace. All the mosques situate in Kashmir region should be verified according to the Revenue record.
It was very childish interesting and below merit statement issued by Mirwaiz who has no status of public representing and is a Pak spy working in the valley for Pak cause appeared in the media dated 19th January 2018, through violence and Pak supported terrorists with the flow of Pak aid and try to grab the State, whereas he raised objections on the process of the investigation conducted by the National Investigation Agency for that his move was aimed at forcing the Hurriyat to bow down while he along with Geelani and Yasin Malik who have criminal record at their back and have no Status of public leaders, no moral right for sought immediate release of their so called political prisoners.
On what ground he supports for their release while they themselves are facing the crime during investigation that they had received enormous funds from Pak ISI and Pak supported terror agencies which were distributed to the stone palters, subversive activities and put the valley into unrest and anarchy to paralyze the State government. In the light of all illegal secessionists inflaming activities organized by him along with his associates were not justified. The J&K State is an under Indian sovereignty recognized world over and would remain forever. The criminals who admitted their crimes would face the results whatever may be. It would not be possible for him to defame India government and its forces by leveling baseless and unauthenticated charges in the world. The world powers now are aware about Pak terrorism and its Pak proxies.
He further charged the Government of India by blaming it of misleading the people of its country and pushing the youths to wall, but no valid ground was mentioned to substantiate in support of his statement. It was not good at his part to throw stone in the wind to mislead the people. The allegation leveled against any one should be solid based on the facts. It is a known facts internationally that unrest, disability, subversion terrorism were created by him at the behest of Pakistan to grab J&K State. The state has neither a ground for political struggle and nor has any political problem which is a self made whimsical problem for him and his mentors interests only.
It is also well known to the world that on what cause the indigenous people who had been living since times immemorial Kashmiri pandits along with other minorities were killed in very brute manners and compelled them to leave their ancestral dwellings archived and other immoveable assets, and out of most of their residential house were set on fire and compelled for their migration to other places of India. They committed sexual assaults and raped to their ladies to the satiate his sexual desire and some were converted in Islamic religion, but not Enquiry Commission was constituted to put the culprits in to task. Government of India, when ever takes initiative to bring back them for rehabilitation and the west Pak refuges or propose for colonies military retired personnel, he (Mirwaiz) along with his colleagues created obstacles in its process and started processions and demonstrations resulting in stagnation of the issues relating to humanity. The other likewise issues initiated by the State and national Governments are blocked by these Pak lobby headed by Hurriyat and started unrest, and violence.
That lobby has mono policed the State Government either's this or that way on the strict religious basis. In that situation where religious fundamentalist is allowed to play for communal frenzy and egotism, the rule of law is paralyzed and sullied and happened a calamites situation. Pakistan raised from the growth of religious fundamentalism and terrorism to the level of crushing of human blood to get juice out of it which do not come in its ambit. These radical Islamic lobbies now has gained a firm foot in Pak polity who deeply ingrained in jehadi mind set which has followed by its valley based lobby headed by Hurriyat Mirwaiz for sucking blood of minorities of the State. They are so rigged and extremists to the level to commit any deep unexpended worst against those who do not come in their ambit of terror system. The glare example is available that during anti-terror operation the security forces fight against them for the safety of villages to provide them peace at the cost of their lives that those too were targeted by the local people with their children with pelting stones to kill them. It is very strange. In the wake of extreme discrimination and religious extreme mind-set that valley based Pak lobby strategically dwindle the Sufi and secular culture and its traditions in the State, which is a big blow to secularism for establishing Islamic whabism by killing the minorities and bloodshed in the name of so called freedom struggle and after committing destruction of government property resulting paralyzed the State administration, which are passed on National Government and its security forces in the name of human rights violations it is their strategy.
So much so, the successor generation has now changed their dress and others social changes are being appeared despite those are not suited according to climate which has posed a threat to their own original Kashmiri culture and traditions. The valley based Pak-lobby is presumed the altogether change in the valley would help them to establish Nizam-e-Mustafa for callipha Government. Every developmental issue is examined under the purview of religion. No doubt that their influence is increasing day by day due to the weak State Administration of the State.
Mirwaiz mis-leaded the world though his statements referred to above that Kashmir is a political problem and these tactics would not force them in to submission. He after committing crime for subversive activities, extreme flaming violence, creating unrest and chaos and paralyzing stability and harmony and interference in administration for self styled purpose to make the Kashmir as political issue without any base which is not possible to take in view. The political status of the J&K State has already been decided long ago in 1947, as referred to above.
Thereafter on the initiative of Pakistan it was decided the issue mutually peacefully and the two countries India and Pakistan put their real on the Simla Agreement convened in 1972. There was decided that the issues whatever may be would be decided mutually peacefully bilaterally without any mediator or any third party. The atmosphere was made very congenial with the result of that 92 thousands war prissiness Pak forces were released and cease fire was converted into line of control. Thus the matter was concluded for other meeting for further process.
Thereafter so many meetings were convened but Kashmir agenda had never discussed however, India reminded to Pakistan through its one after other resolution, passed by its Parliament to ask Pakistan to mode of surrender the encroached upon the Indian J&K State territory during aggression of 1947. He issued a call to the world power to come to their rescue to support their cause to solve the Kashmir issue according to their aspirations to establish Nizam-e-Mustfa for callipha Government under Jinnah two nation theory by removing Sufi and secular culture to eliminate the minorities of the State. He propagated through his call that Kashmir was a political issue and to be solved politically of which the political status of the J&K State has already been solved politically in 1947, which is unchangeable and non negotiable recognized world over especially U N Security Council but Muslim world powers did not pay any heed on his proposal except Pakistan with the support of China.
In the light of their political development India is alert to save is territorial boundaries and secularism to protect the lives of the minorities. At present the political stability of the State is being deteriorated day by day. There is immediate need to take the harsh and hard step to arrest the valley based big fishes of Pak lobby members and send them in the different jails of India for indefinite period till they bow down against terrorism with the assurance to lead the life of civil society to develop for the cause of nation.
He charged against India and implicated also its security forces for human rights violation on the people and youths on baseless grounds and defamed it internationally. That was his mala fide intention to achieve his hidden agendas. In fact on the basis of ground realities he exerted his efforts to radicalize the Kashmir majority people to change the Sufi and secular culture for extreme Islamic whabi culture; therefore he is eliminating the minorities on the Kashmir land. The National Government India would never change its Constitution which provides equal rights on every issue to its citizens without any discrimination because of India is a heterogeneous country where in different communities having different faiths have been living who enjoy their faith according to their aspiration without any fear. Therefore Indian Government by ignoring all us and out only secularism has included in its constitution to rule the nation to treat its citizens equally, and Nizam-e-Mustafa can be established for Maulvi to rule religiously be replacing secularism. |
