Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 21: After facing allegation of swindling lakhs in rupees in the name of doing justice with Rassana murder and alleged rape victim, another issue exposing self-styled advocate and activist Talib Hussain came to the fore. According to media telecasted by a local TV Channel Talib Hussain has yet to complete his LLB from Law Department of Jammu University but he is claiming himself as Advocate of J&K High Court.
Shockingly Talib Hussain has yet not clear his examination but he is projecting himself as advocate of J&K High Court who is fighting the case of Rassana victim with "dedication and commitment".
According to media report, Talib Hussain had taken admission in the Law Department of Jammu University in the year 2011 and his roll number was 13060. He had to complete law in the year 2014 but till date he could not clear his papers so he is not eligible to be an advocate. Furthermore, two FIRs have already been registered against him under Section 307 which debars him from becoming an advocate.
Interestingly Talib Hussain is failed in Law but still he is projecting himself as advocate of J&K High Court. Bigger question is if Talib Hussain has yet not completed law why he is befooling people across the nation ?
It is alleged that Talib Hussain is hoodwinking people across the nation and projecting himself as advocate fighting for Rassana victim's case in the Court of Law. Talib's new exposure has authenticated allegations of Nazakaat Khatana, who alleged that Talib has collected funds worth crores in the name of Rassana victim from across the country and has swindled this fund.
