Jammu, May 8: In a complaint filed by Imtiaz Ahmed Bhat under Section 156(3) Cr. PC. for Investigation / Registration of the FIR against the persons namely Haroon Rashid Choudhary, Bilal Choudhary and Usman Choudhary all residents of Zubairabad, Sunjwan Road, Bathindi, Jammu involved in trespass and breaking open the locks of the shop and godown after forcibly entering into the premises situated at Sunjuwan Road, Bathindi, Jammu under the name and style of M/s Royal Builders and stealing of the material lying in the said shop and godown worth Rs. 60,00,000/- (Rupees sixty lacs only) , Special Judicial Mobile Magistrate Passanger Tax Jammu after hearing Adv Frahan for the applicant, forwarded the application in orignal to SHO P/S Bahu Fort to proceed in accordance with law. |
