Sufficient reasoning and grounds for dismissal of Mehbooba’s government

Right from the day Mehbooba Mufti took over the reigns of the affairs as the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir in an alliance with BJP, time and again, she is doing her un tired efforts in getting the things done in her own way irrespective of the fact whether these appeal to the Central Government or not. Without any fear, she is busy in her work on this score. She is in the habit of creating the hurdles and hindrances in the working of the Army/ Security forces in the valley in curbing the nefarious designs and the anti national activities of the youth and the militant outfits/ Separatists.
Kashmir unrest has attained a volcanic stage as on today. Militants organizations in the valley aided and funded liberally by the Pakistan rulers are acting very deadly causing the heavy losses to the Indian Army/ Security forces and the governmental properties and the valuable assets in the valley.
Not only this, the antinational elements in the state of Jammu and Kashmir formed so many groups and promoted the hatred among the masses of the valley against India. The political organizations of the state are having their own vested interests of grasping of power by any means exploited them for their cause only.
Now the situation in the valley is that they are dancing on the tunes and dictates of Pakistan and through the Hawala rackets they are enjoying the funds which were spent in the past for motivating the people of the valley to speak against India and demand for Azadi from India. It is praise worthy that the son and the son in law of the former Chairman of the Hurriyat amalgamation SAS Geelani, among others, have been booked by the NIA (GOI) and they have been grilled and many things came out of it and still the NIA is on the job entrusted to it for further investigation into the matter of amounts received by them from PAK for spreading the hatred ness among the masses of the valley as also attacking thr security men of over there and killing them mercilessly. Already Kashmir is on fire these days and her actions are going detrimental to the interests of the country. At the same time she is demanding that the deployment of the Army/ Security forces in the valley should be reduced to the maximum extent. Certainly she should not forget and should also accept the reality that Kashmir is with us because of our Army/ Security forces as on date.
Indian Army/Security forces have sacrificed thousands of its army men and officers to save this land with India as also providing the safety and the protection to the masses of the valley. Enough is enough. The country cannot afford to bear with this deadly situation and demands for the immediate action otherwise the things will not remain the same as they are today.The militants outfits and the separatists are bent upon to disturb the peaceful atmosphere in the valley and the prevailing situation in the valley is very grave at the moment. Political circles believe that the 'militant outfits' pressure for the furtherance of their nefarious activities and designs has been increased drastically after the taking over the reigns of administration of Jammu and Kashmir by the PDP led State Government in combination with the saffron political party BJP.
Mehbooba Mufti after coming to power in the state always demanded from the GOI for the revocation of AFSPA from the state. But I am sorry to state that by having AFSPA at the moment, the Law and order situation in the valley is disturbing- What will happen if the State Government will revoke the same ? The Military Generals of the country are for the continuation of AFSPA in the valley, at any cost, if the Government of India wants to retain the J&K with it at all costs. Not only this, the Defence Minister of the country and the Chief of the Army are on record and they made it finally clear in an equivocal term that AFSPA will not be lifted from the state in the near future. It will go as it is. They made it amply clear and put the record straight that Army needs AFSPA in J&K. This is a sort of slap on the face of PDP and the Separatists and the political organizations who want the immediate revocation of AFSPA from the state. They virtually ruled out the withdrawal of AFSPA from J&K in near future thereby saying that the Act in question, is needed much as long as Army is involved in countering the insurgency operations. Therefore, AFSPA is must in the valley if GOI wants to retain Kashmir with it.
Needless to mention here that the State Government led by Mehbooba Mufti has a soft corner for the Hurriyat and the separatists in the valley and she always pleaded with the Interlocutor appointed by the GOI Daneshwar Sharma to take them into confidence first as they are one of the important stakeholders in the dispute of Kashmir besides PAK of course.
The State Government is allowing the situation to deteriorate further and on the contrary it is concentrating on appeasing the surrendering militants like anything thereby offering them with Rs. Six lacs for surrendering before the Army/ Police along with the weaponry as also hefty amounts are being paid/ proposed for the arms and the ammunition which they will surrender to the Army/ Police. Today only it has been learnt from the papers, another controversy arose between the two partners in the Mehbooba government over the issue of banning the "Power of Attorney" to sell and purchase. BJP announced that it will oppose the same tooth and nail.
A stitch in time saves nine . It is the high time to act upon seriously with determination. Rehabilitation Policy of militants - 2004 during Mufti Mohammed's time has not delivered anything concrete rather it contributed negatively. It added fuel to the fire. Kashmir has reached to such a stage from where returning is not so easy. Army is well determined to neutralize all the militants whoever come in their way under All out operation. Also pertinent to mention here that BJP was very much responsible for the great mistake which it has done against the integrity and the sovereignty of the nation thereby granting the amnesty to the stone palters en block (more than 9500) in the valley and subsequently withdrawing all the cases against them in the various police stations and various court fore in the valley. BJP can't skip from it as it was very much there in the Mehbooba's cabinet as part and parcel of this bad decision in the cabinet. These stone pelters were the youth who always attacked the Army/ security forces of the country every now and then and took their precious lives. It is very much relevant here that the former DGP of our state Kuldeep Khoda in an interview with Ravinder Koul under programme 'Guftogoo' stated that during his time, J&K Police managed the affairs of the state and maintaining the law and order well and the stone pelters were dealt with sternly under the law of the land and no such amnesty was granted to them athat time. According to him, there is no doubt that some stone pelters were released then and that too on the selective basis and especially against whom no case was pending before in any court in the valley but it surprising that the amnesty stands granted to the stone pelters en block without foreseeing the repercussions by this act of the State Government. A very big question mark is there over her functioning as the Chief Minister of the state. Political circles which are monitoring and watching the things very minutely opined that Mehbooba's government will not survive for a long. Under the prevailing circumstances, the proper functioning of her government is becoming difficult as there is lull prevailing in the state at the moment. Just to show the ornamental face of her government, she convened an All Parties Meeting at Srinagar on April 11 in which the prominent leaders took part in it and thread bare discussions were made on prevailing situation in the state in general and in the valley in particular. All were of the view that there should be a total normalcy in Kashmir valley. They were of the view the an All parties delegation should meet the Prime Minister of the country Narender Modi on this score urging him for taking the urgent measures to plug the bad situation in the valley imediately. In this meeting Engineer Rashid moved a proposal that there should be an unilateral Ceasefire during the Ramzan period ahead of Amarnath pilgrimage and also during the entire periodicity of the yatra. It is learnt that there was no unanimity on the issue involved. Immediately after the meeting was over, Mehbooba Mufti while briefing the media stated that the GOI should immediately announce an unilateral Ceasefire during the Ramzan period ahead of Amarnath pilgrimage and also during the entire periodicity of the yatra as was done once during Atal Behari Vajpayee's time in 2002. There is a need to study as to what prompted Mehbooba to make such like statement? She comes under so many doubts and queries. When she made this statement, Kavinder Gupta was very much sitting with her but did not react and remained mum. On the next very day the two spokes persons of BJP Sunil Sethi and Arun Gupta gave their reactions and stated that BJP is opposed to it. This means that PDP and BJP are not on the page. Mehbooba Mufti's statement sparked of many debates on the national media particularly on Zee news and Aaj tak channels on May 12. Many doubts were erupted suddenly which vitiated the debates resulting which the Anchors faced the difficulties in televising the same. In the past ten days, School bus, tourists vehicles and the military convoys have been attacked by the stone pelters in Annantnag, Baramula and Shopian killing a tourist from Chennai and injuries to the many innocents presently undergoing medical treatment in the hospitals of the valley. Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has made it amply clear that Kashmiris would not attain Azadi and whereas operation all out shall continue in the valley and all the militants will be neutralize definitely. But Mehbooba Mufti is maintains the double standard always which needs to be made to halt at this stage only. The captioned lines are of great importance for all of us which, at any cost, we are not afford to come on the same page as is the State Government at the moment stressing for the above issues vigorously.
The Governor NN Vohra is the constitutional head of the state and directly come under the command and control of the President of India, is bold enough based upon his rich experience, to decide the things at his own level and being satisfied fully on the reasoning and the grounds as spelled out in the preceding lines of this article may invoke the provisions of the J&K Constitution and dismiss the State Government led by the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti immediately otherwise the things will be out of control. A stitch in time saves nine is the relevant saying on this score. This act of the Governor NN vohra will go a long way in maintaining the supremacy of the GOI in the overall interests of the country and the state as well.
