All the Heads of the institutions were directed regarding complete face lifting of their schools. While speaking on the occasion CEO Jammu told the HOIs present in the meeting that inspite of having sound funds, the condition of most of the schools is pitiable which a matter of great concern. They were told to utilize all the funds what so ever are available with the schools to keep institutions neat and clean so that school may look like teaching institutions in the real sense and the students may not suffer from any bacterial infection due to unhygienic conditions prevailing these institutions.

Further HOIs were directed not to make use of unsafe buildings for teaching purpose to avoid any untoward incident in the schools. A National Programme on School Standards and Evaluation knowing as Shaala Shiddhi has been launched throughout the country by MHRD Govt. of India. All the HOIs were directed to ensure 100% registration of their schools with Shaala Shiddi within week time and upload all sorts of information on its portal so that MHRD is made aware of the performance of school at different levels as the initiative of Shaala Shiddhi is based on assumption that timely and systematic evaluation leads to improvement in overall quality of schools and performance level of teachers and the students.
