Art camp, international exhibition at IRMT concludes | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 17: An art camp and international art exhibition which was going on in at Modern Art Gallery of International Roerich Memorial Trust (IRMT), Naggar in Kullu (Himachal Pradesh) concluded. Senior artists Jang S Verman (Jammu), Prabhinder Lall (Chandigarh) and Sankari Mitra (Kolkata) were present on this occasion. The exhibition was organized by IRMT in collaboration with Verman Cultural Celebrations (Jammu) and ArtFort India (Chandigarh). The art works of twenty six artists from India, Sweden, South Korea and Vietnam were displayed in the international art exhibition. The exhibition was visited by a large number of artists, art lovers and general public from different parts of the country and abroad. Along with the exhibition, a three days' All India Painters' Camp was also conducted at IRMT. Senior artists Jang S Verman, Prabhinder Lall, Jaskanwal Jit Kaur, Sankari Mitra and young artists Mehak Sharma, Nidhi Bhau and Ranju Kumari participated in this camp and created one painting each, generally in acrylic colours. |
