Hurriyat should not utter parrot like sermon on AFSPA time and again
AN Bharadwaj6/7/2018 12:53:38 AM
The Union government withdraws Armed Forces (Special Powers) Acts (AFSPA) from some parts of Northern Eastern states of India. The Hurriyat headed Maulvi Mirwaiz Umar Farooq appeared in the media dated 24th April 2018 and has to ask the Government of India to revoke the Special Power Act i.e. AFSPA from J&K state on the basis of North Eastern states, which was his un-weighty and ambiguous proposal. He should know on his own the situation of the state, especially valley is grim and horrible, where as the condition of the North-Eastern states referred to above were not so.
In that developing insurgency, the local villages along with their youths including girls by throwing off their masks, jumped in to fray to help and support those Pak-supported terrorists at encounter site and provide spots to hide them in their houses pelt stones on them, and also shoot them despite the warming of the Army Chief, Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India, and the Chief Minister to deter for going at risky firing site where encounter was being operated, but those warnings were ignored and run to support the Pak militants with rain of throwing stones on security forces, who were there for the security of the people inside of setting their pickets and bunkers on fire.
In fact these innocent villages and youths are provoked by these valley based Pak-lobby members i.e. anti-national elements in the name of religion and attractive allurements under their planned strategy to boil and further bubble up the state for violence, unrest and instability. In that calamitous condition, holocaust the unfortunate mishaps would be appeared to restore peace by the security forces, at that moment as they had needed is free to use according to their strategy.
The news of so called killing of innocent villagers or youths which was infect were killed through their violent policy to throw them in flames under allurements and misguiding was taken in view to flare up internationally to defame the Government of India and its security forces for violations of Human Rights. That all deceptive frond committed by them on the behest of Pak ruling financial passed on India and its security forces under their mean storage. That is their tackiest to make the pot boiling to grab the state, even then in that serious situation. These security forces pull back their aggressive designs to protect these people and provide peace under that critical situation created by valley based Pak stipendiary lobby demands to revoke AFSPA, which protects the lives of Kashmir since it was implemented.
One (Mirwaiz) of the valley based Pak stipendiary lobby members is a Maulvi to preach Islamic tenets but not a public representative. Therefore, we does not know any issue on defence matter which is only the subject of the National Government therefore no people of any state of the country has right to any intrude in the defence issue of his state. It was also taken in view by the chairman Jammu and Kashmir salvation movement Zafar Akbar Bhat who also challenged his hegemony of the so-called trio leadership i.e. Geelani Mirwaiz and Malik, who were not stakeholders of the people of the state, which appeared in the media dated 29th September 2017.
In the light of his historical back ground should refrain to interfere in the defence matter for removing AFSPA. The situation of the state is not favorable. Pak with the support of its valley based lobby members creates chaos unrest instability gruesome violence and is busy killings and to spill the river of human blood by uprooting thousands and thousands bordering people, in that recent the sermon to remove AFSPA from the state is not violable till it stopped terrorism. Therefore it is not favorable to interfere in the management of defense as it is the issue only for the Indian Government.
