Non constitution of fast track courts for rape cases
Public mulls mass agitation

Jammu, June 24: Angered over non implementation of apex court's directions regarding constitution of fact track courts for early justice to rape victims, the public intends to launch mass agitation.
According to data of 106 rapes too place in a day, four out of every ten victims were minors in India. However, the Supreme Court had directed the union as well as state governments to constitute fast track court to bring down pendency of cases and timely justice to victims of heinous crime.
Civil society as well as several NGO's time and again demanded implementation of apex court's orders, but governments never paid heed into the matter. It has been also observed for political gain some time governments constitute fast track for own gain to get justice to the victim.
Disappointed over ill intention of government for ignoring the serious, the public has opinion of mass agitation to wake up our politicians from deep slumber.
Ridiculing Rohit Sharma a Engineering student, callousness of the successive governments in union as well in state said that time has come to go tough against our deaf leaders. "To get established fact track courts as directed by the apex court, we must launch mass agitation", he opined.
Similarly, suggesting agitation the way to get implemented the apex court's direction, Former Sarpanch, Sudarshan Kumar said that the leaders in country believe in statements only not in implementation. "Our leaders have only one motive to get publicity, they usually overlooked public interests issues, immediately constitution of fast track court in need of our", he said and suggested that masses should get united for the cause.
Shamsher Singh a social activist advocating the same move for the purposes said that it has not been ever part of elections campaign of any political party, if some talks about it, he forgot with passage of time. "Delay on part of government is encouraging the people and graph of rape cases is on rise instead of declining", he said and urged upon the general public to come on roads for the cause to make the society free from this sin.
