| BJP humiliated patriotic people of Jammu: Balwan Singh | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, July 8: Senior Cong leader Thakur Balwan Singh while addressing Congress workers from Marh, alleged that, BJP played with the national security and honour of Jammu during its over three-year rule in Jammu and Kashmir in alliance with People's Democratic Party.
Jammu faced worst ever neglect and discrimination and undergone multiple hardships due to the total somersault of BJP ministers and Legislators to remain loyal to the chair. He said the balloon of development has burst as the BJP Chief admitted that they were unable to carry out promised development. Senior Congress leader and PCC General Secretary Balwan Singh told a meeting of party workers that the time has come to expose the role of BJP in aligning with PDP for corruption that has impacted all sections of the people in the state, particularly Jammu region.
He said the nationalistic and patriotic people of Jammu were deceived as BJP partnered with PDP that patronized terrorists and promoted anti-national forces. Former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti openly supported wanted terrorist Salaha-ud-Din and interrupted NIA operations against separatists, and BJP was watching all this as a silent spectator. The party humiliated the people of Jammu who have made huge sacrifices in fighting terrorists and terrorism, Balwan Singh said. |
