SRINAGAR, Aug 7: Police claims to have arrested a self- styled vigilance commissioner. Police said that the arrested person is a cheater and impersonating as Vigilance Commissioner. He has been, identified as Javed Akhtar, son of Abul Kalam and his wife Nishat Akhtar of House no F-82, G-10, Jawaher Park Lakashminager Delhi East who was impersonating as Vigilance Commissioner and was wanted in case FIR no 40/2018 under section 419, 420, 120B RPC of Police Station Rajbagh. Further investigation of the case is under progress.
Police said that the eneral public is requested that if anyone who has any grievance or has been cheated or duped by them may report in police station Rajbagh for the resolution of their matters. |
