Early Times Report

Jammu , Aug 7: Congress activists and leaders today stage protest demonstration against Public Works Department (PWD), demanding construction of RS Pura-Suchetgarh road.
According to press release, Mohan Singh senior Congress leader along with activists from different villages such as Suchetgarh, Flora, Mottey, Dher, Kang, Basti Gulag Garh, Abdal, Tohana Tibba, Kaloyein took part in the protest.
Addressing the protesters, Ch. Mohan Singh said that the R.S. Pura-Suchetgarh road is in such a pathetic condition that it has become headache for the people of the aforementioned villages.
He said that this road leads to at least 15-20 border villages and during shelling, this is the only road for retrieving people as well as supply to Army and BSF.
He blamed that previous BJP-PDP Govt has done nothing for people of Suchetgarh and it was running only on Papers and produced nothing on ground.
