RAJOURI, Aug 9: After DDC,Rajouri stopped pay of ZEOs and Head masters , uniform was distributed among thousands of students in one day only ,violating the coadal formalties and set rules because as per norms money is transffered in school account and Headmaster is authorised to purchase uniform after fulfilling codal farmalties.
A prominent educationist Haji M Aslam Social worker said that education department had become a hub of cortuption.
The department which recieved grant in February 2018 for providing uniform to poor children was deliberately not given to concerned schools and after DDC stopped salary of the DDOs thousands of teachers were called to concerned ZEO offices including ZEO office Rajouri and the distribution of uniforms became possible.
The delay needs to be probed. The locals hailed the DDC for making distribution possible. |
