KNIT organizes Quiz Competition for class XI

JAMMU, Aug 13 :Curricular Activities Club of Kotwal National Institute of Teaching Bharat Nagar today organised a quiz competition in mathematics for the students of XI class.
Four teams comprising of four students from different sections of science stream participated in the competition. There were four rounds viz General round, Rapid Fire Round, Buzzer Round and visual Round. Virender Moza, GD Sharma, Amrit Sagar and Hansi conducted the competition as quiz masters. Earlier, AK Raina pressed the for the start of quiz and highlighted the importance of such activities as part of syllabus.
The Director of the School Prof J L Kotwal who spoke on the occasion impressed upon the students to take part in such activities as these would sharpen their study skills. Principal Bimla Billoria distributed certificates among the winner.
The group D comprising of Arpana Pandita, Pankaj Kumar, Nainish Gupta and Aman Sharma got the first prize and Group B comprising of Hiteshwari, Tarun Sharma, Banu Partap Singh and Meridul got Second prize.
The Knit Quiz Rolling Trophy was announced in favour of the winning team.
