8/16/2018 11:29:24 PM

Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 16: The Directorate of Health Services Jammu (DHSJ) has ignored the order of Governor's secretariat to detach all attached officials, by refusing to detach eight Senior Assistants enjoying their attachment at choicest posts.
Sources informed Early Times that despite Governor's order regarding cancellation of attachment of Government Employees with circular No. 22- GAD of 2018 dated 06/07/2018 nothing has moved. The order reads as "the employees presently on attachment with their respective or other departments/ offices shall be repatriated to their parent department/ organisation, with immediate effect."
But ironically nearly eight influential Sr Assistants who were engaged at different Chief Medical Offices (CMOs) and Block Medical Offices (BMOs) of different districts of Jammu province, still have not been detached by Directorate of Health Services Jammu so far. However, the order clearly mentioned that within 10 days all of them would be joined original place of posting.
Sources further informed that three Senior Assistants of Samba districts including Surdeep Singh, Darshan Kumar and Yash Dev Singh who has original place of posting in CMO office, Samba, BMO Sumb and Block Hiranagar, Samba but have been still attached at DHSJ since long times.
While, Rajesh Verma a Community Health Officer, have original place of posting BMO office Marh but attached to DHSJ. Deepak Kumar Jurnior Assistant of Block Tikri, Udhampur and till date have not been detached from DHSJ.
"Two another senior Assistants i,e Jeeta Kumari and Jitender Kour both of them have original place of posting at CMO, Udhampur and BMO Tikri , have been still attached at DHSJ", said sources.
Whereas, Rajesh Kumar Sr Assistant of BMO Bishnah but attached to Directorate Health Services Jammu, still has not been detached after lapse of one month from the date the circular has been published by GAD.
To save the interests of these blue-eyed attached employees, the Directorate Health Services Jammu is hoodwinking the GAD by refusing to detach all of them, said sources while wishing anonymity.
