India can force Pak to resume talks only on position of strength
(Behind the veil)

Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 18 :If India wants to motivate Pakistan for responding positively to the offer of talks, for resolving various issues, including the issue of Kashmir, New Delhi has to initiate firm measures to tackle militants and to halt ingress of militants from across the border.
This way India can force Pakistan to come forward for talks iof New Delhi start on talking to Islamabad on the position of strength-.
Each day passes when militants do not kill security forces and civilians.Even the police have not been spared to ensure that the youth is under scare and come forward for joining militant groups to cause demoralisation among the police force.
An Army jawan was killed in an encounter with militants in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday, Security forces launched a cordon and search operation at Kachloo village in Handwara area following information about the presence of militants there,.
The security forces were carrying out searches, the militants opened fire on them, resulting in injuries to one soldier. The injured jawan was evacuated to 92 Base Hospital of the Army here but he succumbed to injuries, the official said.
The slain jawan was identified as Ram Babu Sah A few days ago militants killed an Armyman who was on leave to visit his home. There was civilian reaction because the Armyman was a muslim.Similarly he boy was killed when he reportedly refused the offer from militants to join militant groups. It has to be stopped so is the ceasefire violations being resorted to Pakistan Army simply to push groups of militants into the valley for hiking the level of violence.
As Kashmir continues to bleed Pakistan is not going to accept talks offered by India.Instead of talks the Indian troops and the security forces including the police need to ensure that derailed peace is back on the rails.
That would unnerve Islamabad and accept the offer for t alks.It is not quite relevant that Indian should place before Pakistan certain conditions for the resumption of t alks and which include end to export of terror.Pakistan and its Army are not prepared to end export of terror
It is for the Indian troops to ensure that steps were taken in hand to check ceasefire violations and attack on security convoys and Army units by the militantst.
