Early Times Report
srinagar, Aug 18: A day after this newspaper carried a report about a government teacher sharing a porno clip in an official group of an educational institution in Kishtwar district, a senior doctor has been blamed for sharing porn photos in the official group of the Health Department in the district.
The angry employees of the Health Department Kishtwar told Early Times that the doctor who holds a top administrative post in the district shared objectionable photograph in the official group earlier this month. They said that senior officials of the department who were also part of the group are still silent over the issue.
They said that several female employees including some lady doctors are also part of the WhatsApp group in which the senior doctor shared the porn photo, as a result some female members of the group snubbed the accused doctor for his mischievous act and called for action against him. But instead of acting against the officer, the senior officials of the department had even not sought an explanation from him.
The Health employees called upon the top authorities to initiate action against the erring doctor and check the attachments of influential employees in the department particularly in Health block Kishtwar.
Meanwhile, sources in Education Department said that I/C CEO Kishtwar has sought an explanation from the senior master grade who had circulated a porn video clip in official WhatsApp group of the department.
The outraged employees also called upon the higher authorities to relieve the said teacher from the institute where he is performing his official duty for last nearly 10 years so that discipline and decorum in the institute could be restored.
Sources however said that senior officials are busy in trying to save the erring teacher from any departmental action. The sources said that the erring master is ready to apologize for his mischievous act.
"WhatsApp groups have been created by various departments for fast flow of information related to departments beside for active cooperation among the officials. But under present circumstances senior officials are misusing technology by indulging in shameful tactics," said an employee who called for closure of all department WhatsApp groups.
