| JK Montessorie British School gets Ist Prize in Poem Recitation Competition | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 21: An inter school Rhyme competition was held at New Era environmental School where in students of JK Montessorie British School bought laurels to school by winning Ist prize in English Poem Recitation Competition organized by youth Talent Search , a forum of Private schools.
About ten schools participated in the competition that held in two categories Hindi and English. Dikshita Thakur of class Ist won the Ist Prize in English Poem Recitation and Udhayveer Sharma got 3rd prize in Hindi Poem Recitation competition.
The little champ was good at conceptual and communicative skills & judged on the basis of intonation, Pronunciation and diction. Dikshita thakur and Udhayveer Sharma emerged victorious among 40 students of different schools with flying colours. The other two participants namely Manvi Tikoo and Rudar Shangloo also performed with full zeal and enthusiasm. The school management applauded all the four students and appreciated the efforts of teachers who improved the skills of the kids to such excellence. |
