Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 22: Appointment of a politician as Governor of J&K State has fueled rumours about formation of a democratic government in the State because this appointment has made amid speculations of formation of new regime.
Although top central leadership of BJP has not shown any indication to form government in J&K, party's national general secretary Ram Madhav and other leaders are working behind the curtain to form an alliance to again enjoy power.
Credible sources said that after appointment of Satya Pal Malik a faction within BJP will try to engineer defection in other political parties to form new government. Already this faction of BJP is in touch with PDP rebels and some annoyed legislators of other parties.
"Without getting nod from party president Amit Shah, Ram Madhav and his group is desperately trying to form government in J&K because this group wants to enjoy power at cost", sources said and added that those who were part of the government with PDP were finding it difficult to remain without power any more.
Sources believed this power hungry faction will utilize services of the Raj Bhawan to manage defection in other parties to ensure required numbers to form government.
Credible sources further said that clear picture would be emerged within couple of days after Satya Pal Malik will formally assure charge and start proper functioning.
