Shiksha Niketan organizes Rakhi making competition

JAMMU, Aug 23: Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar organised 'Rakhi competition' of class 2nd in its school premises on. It is well said that Co-Curricular activities are part and parcel for all an all round development of the individual.
Keeping in mind, the Shiskha Niketan is conducted number of Co- curricular activities at regular interval of time. All students of each sections of each class 2nd participated with full zeal. The motive behind organizing competition is to enhance the skill of creativity competence and nurturing their inner talent. The competition started with full of enthusiasm among the students. All the students make beautiful Rakhis with the help of colourful ribbons and decorative materials. The whole activity was conducted under the guidance of teachers.
The first position was begged by Anshmeet and Kuldeep singh of class 2nd E .The 2nd position secured by Namandeep singh and Ananya kashap of 2nd E and the third position begged by Armaan Bhatti of class 2nd B and Swastika of class 2nd F.
Nirmal Sharma, the main Incharge congratulated the students for their active participation and also praised about the importance of Raksha Bandhan. At last, the Principal of the school Rameshwar Mengi appreciated the efforts of all the participants. He also encouraged and motivated the students to participate in Co-Curricular activities for their overall personality development.
