| People stage protest against PDD at Bari Brahmana | | | Early Times Report
BARI BRAHMANA, Aug 24: The residents of Ward No 6 Teli Basti Bari Brahmana staged a protest demonstration against the Power Development Department (PDD) over the issue of non replacement of the damaged transformer for the last ten days.
The protest held under the leadership of ex-Panch Mohammad Din.
A large number of males, females and children gathered at ward No 6 Teli Basti to express their resentment against the PDD. They raised slogans against PDD department for not replacing the damaged transformer of their locality even after the passage of ten days.
The agitated people said that the absence of a transformer they are facing a lot of difficulties in hot and humid climatic condition.
Ex-Panch Mohamad Din demanded to the DC Samba to immediately replace the transformer so that the residents of Teli Basti could have a sigh of relief. |
