| DC ignores Govt orders; patronizes attachments to appease politicians | | | Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, Aug 27: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar who is the custodian for the implementation of the government orders in the District is himself violating the government orders with regards to detachments of various employees attached in numerous departments in the District by attaching an influential VLW from the office of Assistant Commissioner Development Kishtwar and has assigned him key work in his office of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar.
As per the details available with ET, DC Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana who also served as ACD Kishtwar prior to his posting as Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar has close association with the said VLW and attached him in his office despite the directions of the Governor over detachments of all the attached employees in the state.
DC Kishtwar not only violated the government order of detachments of attached employees, but also provided replacement to the said influential VLW by felicitating the attachment of a Junior Assistant from Education who also served in Rural Development Department prior to his appointment in the Department.
The sources told the "Early Times" that several employees are still attached in various government offices in Kishtwar District on the recommendations of the politicians and DC has chosen to appease the politicians rather than implementing the orders of the governor administration in letter and spirit. |
