KC Royals thrashes Vriddhi Royals by 26 runs

Jammu, Aug 31: KC Royals and Wheelocity Vishal Bulls registered wins in their semifinal matches and entered in Final of the ongoing Police Public Cricket Premier League
Earlier in the first match KC Royals defeated Vriddhi Royals by 26 runs in an fantastic contest. Batting first KC Royals scored 149 runs for the loss of all wickets in 25 overs with Ranjot Singh 37 runs, Dhikshant 31 and Arjun 23 were the main scorers. From Bowling Side Dhruv Gupta took 4 wickets, Tagvansh Singh and Tarun Bhist took 2 wickets each. In reply Vriddhi Royals could not chased the target and managed to score 123 runs for all wickets in 24 overs. Harsh Singh scored 30 runs, Shavac scored 24 and Ayush scored 15 runs. From bowling side Aqib took 5 wickets and Arjun & Archit took 1 wicket each. Aqib Rather was declared man of the match award with cash Prize of Rs. 2000/- sponsored by ACC Cement.
In the second match Wheelocity Vishal Bulls defeated Simula Strikers by 7 wickets. Batting first Simula Strikers scored 116 runs in 20 overs by losing 8 wickets with Amar 24 runs, Rohan Gill & Ashank scored 23 each and Snoop 21 runs. From the bowling side Praful took 3 wickets while Sachin and Aditya took 1 wicket each. In reply Wheelocity Vishal Bulls chased the target in 19 overs for the loss of 3 wickets. Kawalpreet Singh scored 43, Sachin Sharma 24 and Raghav 17 runs. From bowling side Snoop and Samprit took 1 wicket each. Kawalpreet was declared as Man of the Match with cash Prize of Rs.2000/-.
In todays' matches former International Wrestler & SP Rural Dushant Sharma and Sandeep Maharaj Ji were the Chief Guests who distributed the man of the matches awards to the players and also shared their experiences with the participating players.
The matches were officiated by Sudhir Gupta, Amit Gupta, Sadiq Hussain, Saleem Ur Rehman, Ashok Kumar and Sanju. Ashok Kumar from Lukhnow was the Third Umpire.
