Shiksha Niketan School organises Spellathon Competition | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 6: Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar organized "Spellathon Competition" of Class 2nd in its School Premises by conducting a number of co-curricular activities at regular interval of time. Four students of each section of class 2nd participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. In ' Spellathon Competition' there were three round. In first round, there was a competition of 'missing letters' and the second round consisted of 'unscramble words'. And the last round consisted of 'Rapid Fire'. All the participants did their bests. This competition helped a lot in bringing out the hidden talent of the students. They enjoyed themselves lot in this competitions. The judging criterion was based on symmetry, speed and heatness. It was difficult for the judges to choose the best team among all the participants. After that, the judges gave the collective verdict announcing the toppers as per their achievements in that competition as follows. The first position was begged by 2nd A, D, E, F and second position was bagged by 2nd B and G. At last the Principal of the School, Rameshwar Mengi appreciated the efforts of all the participants. He also encouraged and motivated the other students to participate in co- curricular activities in future for their overall personality development. |
