Lecturers' demandto expedite regularization process

RAJOURI, Sept 9: In a meeting of the district unit of All J&K Plus 2 Lecturers' Forum held here at Rajouri, regularization of in-charge lecturers was discussed and the Lecturer Forum urged the government to expedite the process of regularization of the in-charge incumbent in the school education department.
The meeting was held under the presidentship of Mohd Amin, president of the Forum and the main agenda remained how to raise the academic standard in the government schools and filling of the vacant posts of teaching staff including lecturers, headmasters, principals etc
Speakers said that many in-charge incumbents including Joint Directors, SIE Principals, CEOs, Principals of DIETs and HSSs, ZEOs, Headmasters, lecturers and dropout lecturers have been waiting regularization for the last many years.
They also demanded early adjustment of newly promoted lecturers and early regularization of all in-charge lecturers.
