JKFMHWWA mass protest enters 17th day

JAMMU, Sept 12: The mass protest-cum-dharna of Jammu Kashmir Female Multipurpose Health Workers Welfare Association (JKFMHWWA) Jammu province entered 17th day today.
Association is in hopes that during Governor Rule there is every possibility to resolve the genuine demand of FMPHWs.
The matter was already discussed with the Governor's advisor and memorandum was also submitted to Commissioner Secretary to Government, Department of Health to solve the issue of salary head 2211 with a permanent solution. Again a deputation of FMPHW meet with State president BJP Ravinder Raina and highlighted their just genuine demands and appeal to project their demands he has listened patiently and assure to project their demands with appropriate authority. But still nothing concreted has been done so far.
The Prominent who take part in the protest included Neelam Kumari, Sapna Gupta General Secretary, Urmil Devi, Mamta Devi, Sunita Devi, Jagjeet Kour, Nirmal Kour, Gayatri Devi, Varinder Kour, Jagbir Kour, Manjeet Kour, Pooja Devi and others.
