Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 18: The warrant of precedence was violated during Navratra festival at Katra when a state government employee, presently suspended, shared stage with 'VVIPs'.
While witnessing live proceedings of the festival at Katra it came to fore that the employee of the Planning Department who has been suspended for violating service rules was seen sharing the stage in Navratra festival with many 'VVIPs' of district administration and police department.
"A class third employee who was suspended for violating service conduct rules was seen sharing the stage at Katra festival with senior officials has raised the question mark over the functioning of administration of Shrine Board and Tourism Department administration", said a source, adding that it is beyond any one's imagination that how he (suspended employee) falls in the list of 'VVIPs'.
If he is a class third employee, what made the administration to offer him to share the stage of the festival where senior officials were sitting, the source asked.
It is not for the first time in Jammu and Kashmir when a government department violated protocol for maintaining personal affiliations.
If sources are to be believed the said employee also remained in news for his wrong activities.
