| 2 vehicles seized for illegal mining at Bari Brahmana | | | Early Times Report
SAMBA, Nov 13: Geology and Mining department team seized two vehicles for illegal mining in Balole Bridge near Bari Brahmana in District Samba here today.
As per the directions of the district administration samba and imposed 144 section in River, Geology and Mining team seized one Dumper and tractor trolley near Balole Bridge bari Brahmna in District Samba who found for illegal mining and violation the norms near Balole bridge river National highway.
The team led by District Mineral Officer (DMO) Samba Vishal Dogra along with SHO Bari Brahmana during surprise visit to the Balole Bridge Bari Brahmana early morning hours today, seized one dumper and one tractor trolley bearing registration numbers JK02BB- 2302 and JK21C- 3815 who found for illegal mining and violation the norms.
It was joint operation by Geology & Mining department along with Bari Brahmana Police, they are repeated offenders, warning and notices are served to them time to time but they continues violation the norms and transporting river bed material and sand from Balole Nallah where section 144 has been imposed by the Deputy Commissioner Samba Said "Vishal Dogra" District Mining officer Samba.
The additional staff deployed in the area for implementation of order and strict will be taken against the violators he added. |
