Prashar biradari holds 35th annual congregation

Jammu, Nov 13: Prashar Biradari hold its 35th annual congregation at village Odh of District Samba under the patronage of Master Agya Ram and presidentship of Ashok Kumar.
The congregation started with worship of Mata Satyawati and Baba Banak Nath situated in the mid of forests followed by hawan and kirtan.
The whole Biradari paid tributes to Martyr Havildar Roshan Lal of 15th JAKLI who was young member of Biradari, sacrifices his life for the nation on February 4, this year in Bhimbergali Sector. The slogans "Roshan Lal....Amar Rahe....Amar Rahe..." made the environment patriotic.
The organising committee honoured its prominent members Late Neelkanth Sharma first ever president, Late Ram Lal Shashtri who wrote a book on the life of Mata Satyawati with momentos through their family members. Master Madan Lal Sharma was also honoured for his contributions. Master Agya Ram, Principal Rattan Lal Sharma, Master Kuldeep Raj, Captain Mohan Lal, Advocate Pawan Kumar spread lights on the important issues related with development of Devsathal of duo deities.
Dozens of stalls of sweet local dishes were installed by the devotees of Mata Satyawati and Baba Bank Nath. The congregation finalised with the community fest in which thousands of people took the Parasad (sacrament).
