Early Times Report

JAMMU, Nov 18: 'Nasha Mukt Rashtra Darshan'- "Namurad" anti-drug campaign started by Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj, a social organisation under the guidance of Col (Retd) R K Sharma- Chairman and S Daljeet Singh- President has no any effect in Bhour Camp as the drugs like liquor, tobacco, chitta, bhukki, afeem and all other means are easily available through the drug peddlers in Bhour Camp.
Young generation is spoiling their health, career and ultimately nearing to death. ABS has written a letter bearing No 054/ABS/NAMURAD/18 dated 11 Jun 2018 to Incharge Police Post, Chatha with a copy to SHO, Satwari, SDPO, Gandhi Nagar, DIG Jammu Kathua range and IGP Jammu through Pt Chaman Lal Sharma but no any kind of action taken against the nasha sellers till date. Whereas ABS started the campaign with a desire to see the citizens of the state drugs free in order to save the youths of the state from the abuse of drugs, to aware the youths that the drugs (Nasha) are weakening the basic structure of the society, all the evils are due to addiction of drugs. Nasha spoils the health and financially weakens the individual addicted.
Col Sharma requested all particularly educated and intellectuals of the society to come forward and play vital role in motivating the youths against drugs so that they are not influenced by those who have evil designs to weaken the society and nation as well.
