JAMMU, Nov 20: A book release function of Jammu-Kuchh Vibhutian Sanskrit Paridrushya penned by K.K Shakir was organized by Nami Dogri Sanstha on Tuesday at K L Saigal hall of Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Language Jammu. Former deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta was the guest of the honor, whereas the function was presided by Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture, and Language, Dr. Aziz Hajini. Sohail Kazmi was the guest of the honor, Sachin Gupta, CEO Om Palace Rohit Choudhary social and RTI activist were special guests. K.K Sharma who hails from R S Pura has written more than 10 books.
Talking about his newly written book, he said, "This book is about the heroes of our society who have contributed a lot to the nation. I guess it was my duty to make people from all the sections aware about the real-life heroes of the society".
He added that my book also contains some articles regarding the Dogra Culture which the generation has lost interest in. We the citizens should come forward and talk and write about our Dogra culture.
Also, it is the responsibility of the young generation to come forward and take our Dogra Culture forward.
